The Story
The spring of 2009 marked the beginning of the story. That is when two separate families ventured into the world of weddings and special events.
One took their one-time family home and surrounding farmland and transformed it into a beautiful manor, estate, and banquet hall serving the Northern Colorado area, known today as Brookside Weddings & Events. A thoughtfully designed special event venue to host events, both indoor and outdoor, for up to 300 guests.
At the same time, just a mile or so up the road another family took their passion and experience in food and hospitality and launched Origins Catering Company, a boutique style full-service catering company offering a variety of menus to serve clients throughout the front range and surrounding mountain communities.
Throughout the next 10 years the two would often partner together to help clients create the perfect wedding or celebration. In 2019, the owners of Brookside were ready to retire and wanted to find someone to carry on the legacy and honor the history of their beautiful property. Having forged a wonderful working relationship, it seemed as Origins Catering was the perfect match.
So the story continues! With passion and purpose we look forward to working alongside you to make your vision a reality!
The two shall become one
Tiffany
Tiffany has been in the wedding and service industry for over 20 years! She keeps everything running smoothly at Brookside, from coordinating weddings, to leading our entire Brookside team! Tiffany was raised in picturesque Estes Park, the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. It’s only natural that the mountains are her happy place, although she loves getting away to the beach. She’s passionate about travel and good wine and enjoys doing both with her friends and four amazing daughters.

Fun Fact
Jamie
Jamie has lived in Colorado for over 40 years, but is originally from New York, where he graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. Jamie cooks all of the food you have here at Brookside! A talented chef, and the father of four daughters, Jamie loves hiking and mountain biking in the Rockies.

Madison
Madison was born and raised in Colorado and has lived all over Colorado including Fort Collins, Evergreen, Golden, and Winter Park. She has been in the wedding industry for over 5 years and loves her job! Madison will walk you through the entire wedding planning process, and coordinates many of the weddings here at Brookside.
